Sets of 5+5 on the min for 10 mins total 110 reps
"Light Swings"
24kg bell 5 mins 184 total reps
Jerks felt good but I am confused as to the format, does a set consist 5R 5L or 5 either side is a set? I did sets of 5 changing sides after each side for 60 total jerks.
24kg snatches felt good. The swings had to be done with a 24kg bell because my 16kgs are at the gym. I managed to crank out 184 single arm swings in 5 mins and felt fairly spent of course. Looking forward to the weekend and a big steak tonight.

60 jerks with the 40 is a nice start! Very strong with your 5 minute light swing set.
