Great workout. Bottoms up get ups are getting easier and I will go to 20kg with that next week. Handstands are feeling more and more comfortable. Main part of the workout is all about managing your fatigue and was very challenging. This is one I will save and try to better at 40 kg in 20 mins flat.

Good training today. Love those bottoms up get ups, smokes the hands. Pleased with the two hand plate pinch, did 5 pulls with 120 lbs (5 sec holds). Heavy get ups were heavy but the more I did the better I groved. Deficit Deadlifts felt good and I really put attention on straight back in the hole. This is day two of protien only diet and I was at 194 and some change this morning.

Long workout but new and different. The Get ups bottoms up were challenging and only mustered 16kg for 3 a side, a real grip smoker. I have had better grip workouts, performance wise that is, I think my grip was already partly smoked when I started grippers. Plate pinches were good. Barbell presses are different from K bells, I can't turn my hands in so it kind of wrenches the shoulder a little but still managed 165lbs for sets of 3. Plate Squats with 45lb plate held in front felt good and I condensed the rest intervals to 30 secs. I don't know if that was such a good idea because I was spent going into the 10 min Snatch test with the 16kg. I scored 253 reps with the 16kg and had to set it down a few times but like I said, I WAS SPENT. The Challenging Training sessions are the ones that get results.

Very challenging training, The Plate Pinches felt very good and strong. KB clean + squats were very challenging, started with 36kg, ended with 28kg but kept the reps up. KB sumos were very hard at that point of the workout and I managed 30 reps per set instead of the 40. 32kg+32kg was used for the sumos

One of the harder workouts I have ever done but I lived. I chose two 24kg bells for the Double Snatches and scored 69 reps in 15 mins then rested 5 mins. I spaced the push ups and one arm rows out by 1 min rest periods. Started with 24kg bell for rows but that quickly became too heavy for the volume so went with 16kg. Took 3 mins rest then 5 mins of swings with 24kg bell and got 105 reps. I am spent.

Tough workout. I only got 45 reps for my deads so I was off by 10 reps for my target. I was hitting 4 reps at a time with 35 sec breaks. Double Clean & Squats felt good but I was spent going into it so I only got 21 reps in the 10 min time table. I was going to do some gripping tonight but I think not.

Squats were a little tougher today, I don't think I took in as much air as I needed to so I will work on that. I completed 5 ladders today at 1,2,3 so now it is time to compress the time taken to do them before moving on to 1,2,3,4. I found myself not tensing up my quads, glutes and abs as much as needed so I really tried to think about that during my presses and it helped a lot. Double snatches with the 32kgs are coming along well.
