Time done in 20.52 mins and one blister right hand
Great workout. Bottoms up get ups are getting easier and I will go to 20kg with that next week. Handstands are feeling more and more comfortable. Main part of the workout is all about managing your fatigue and was very challenging. This is one I will save and try to better at 40 kg in 20 mins flat.
