Tough workout, the tearing was not as good as last workout but I am learning the palms down grip more and I did that tonight. The gripping went well and I was able to do my strap hold with the CoC#1 and heavy grip 200 for 5 sec holds. Stacked press was a little frustrating but I finished it. Then off to some double alternating cleans with my 24kgs bells. This was brutal and is best served last.
