Dead lifts and stacked presses
Dead lifts 80% max x 10 sets of 2
335 lbs x 20 total reps
Stacked presses heavy
24kg+16kg X 10 sets of 1 each side
Deads felt pretty good and took 3 min rest periods. Stacked presses felt good as well and I took 1 min rest periods between sets on these. Of to teach class.
