Tough workout and it felt good to get back into the fray. I used two different sized bells (28kg+24kg) for the double snatches and alternated sides. The double clean and squats felt good and had no problems finding my squat position after the clean, 2 28kg bells were used for these. Had a good stretch after and it felt good.
