goblet squats 24kgs x 3 low holds

Started RTK protocol today

Double press with double snatch first
32kg+24kg
1,2,3 1,2,3 1,2,3
5 double squats at top of ladder so 3x5

Double Kettlebell Dead lift
2+32kgs x 20,20

The workout was harder than I expected, even med day. This will take some getting used to but I will adapt and get stronger.
