Great workout, I put a different twist on the Dan John Clean & Squats, same format only with the Double Clean & Jerks. Then on to Snatches and some more pain. I started with the 24kg and went up the line hitting every bell up to and including the 48kgs. I have a small tear in my left hand but that just comes with the territory.
