Standing Wheels x 14,3,3
Good workout and I feel like I am getting closer to pressing the 48kg for multiple reps. I added another set of 3 today with the 44kg. I am taking 2 min breaks in between sets and I need it to retain the intensity in each set. I added a few sets of 3 to my wheels also.
