This is a challenging workout. I learned something today that I think is going to really help my training and staying injury free. Don't let your hands turn out at at the top of the press, keep the palms nearly facing each other or 45 degrees out. Pressing with my palms facing forward is what was giving me shoulder problems on my right side.
